Connecting alumni to drive monthly donations.

The university program had a vast majority of high value donors, however the pipeline is difficult to create for women's sports.  Although female alum feel deeply connected to their programs, they are unlikely to be drawn to donate to their varsity teams and are even less likely to give monthly. 

Insight.

Alumni want to be a part of a legacy that keeps them connected to their old teammates.

Solution.

Monthly donation ask from alum to alum focused on reconnecting to increase the longevity of the program.

Results.

6.25x increase in YOY revenue from monthly gifts.

9x increase in number of monthly donors. 

Converted 5% of existing donor base from one time gifts to monthly donors.

70% of monthly donors recruited were new donors.
